We handle all facets of the sales process of initial lead generation to contract signing and after-sales enquiries. This solution is ideal for firms wanting to utilise an experienced firm to handle their sales or once off developments.
This process begins with an in-depth analysis of your business model and ends with a conclusive LSA report detailing our timeframe to market and projected sales. Given the scale of this program, LSA does require several weeks to conduct the analysis and prepare the report on your business. At completion of this report, we will advise start dates on marketing and a timeline of events for your projects sales.
Under the 'Sales Management' program, LSA staff can operate under your firms umbrella or as a seperate marketing entity. We see our people as our most important asset. Upon undertaking the SMG program, you can be assured all staff allocated to your account have 5 or more years experience in their respective industry and skillset. Where staff meeting our internal guidelines cannot be allocated to your contract, we will delay or reject the contract to ensure consistency in our results.
