Firms often look at their sales department when investigating a drop in revenue, missed targets or to boost current sales. More often than not, the problem may lay within marketing and in particular cold leads vs warm leads. Statistically cold calls/leads have a 1/100 strike rate (depending on the skill of the sales rep), however warm leads have closer to a 1/5 strike rate. By cutting out the expense in marketing to the other 95 leads and focusing your sales department on warm leads, your strike rate improves’ 20 fold and return on dollars invested in marketing for each closed deal is dramatically less.

A contract with LSA for the EOI program will provide your sales consultants with warm leads at a frequency and quantity of your specification. Every program engaged will first undergo an appraisal by LSA consultants with your organisation to cover the following points:
• Current Sales Process
• Product & Services Offered
• Current Marketing Methods
• Client Profile/Target Market
• Qualified Warm Lead Definition
• Target Lead Generation

On completion of this appraisal, LSA will offer two streams of the EOI program:

1) LSA will provide warm leads that request a call back at a later date with one of your firms’ consultants. This provides your sales department with a lead who is aware of your services and awaiting a call from one of your consultants. The lead details provided will include names, address, contact number and an approximate time the lead is expecting a call back.

2) Upon conversion to a warm lead, LSA will send out material* to the lead on your behalf. This provides your sales consultants with a lead who is already aware of your company and its services before your sales department calls. The material* will be sent out from LSA offices on your behalf. *As an additional service, LSA can handle the creation & printing of your marketing material.
