Under the “appointment setting” (APS) program, LSA generates leads into appointments for your sales consultants and co-ordinates these leads to ensure they are converted.

Our appointment setting/calendar management program organises qualified leads that have made appointments to see your consultants. This is performed by LSA staff with years of training in business development and sales. Where LSA differs from a traditional marketing company its leads are not generated from cold calls, instead our trained staff take leads that have demonstrated an interest in your industry and convert this enquiry to an appointment with one of your consultants. At LSA our staff have a wealth of experience in business development over a range of sectors and we have identified calendar management as one of the key reasons organisations have trouble seeing their leads.

We understand that the majority of leads will have similar times available, whether this be the common 6-8 time slots after work or the 10-3 Saturday times – it is vital that you utilise these slots effectively. This is why we place just as much importance on calendar management and post call qualification as we do the initial conversion. LSA perform a range of tasks to ensure your appointments are effectively managed, these include tasks such as managing your consultants’ calendar, confirming leads the night before to ensuring appointments are geographically organised.

A contract with LSA for the APS program will provide your sales consultants with qualified and confirmed appointments arranged geographically to ensure the highest efficiency. The frequency* of the leads and criteria will be of your specification. Every program engaged will first undergo an appraisal by LSA consultants with your organisation to cover the following points:
• Current Sales Process
• Product & Services Offered
• Current Marketing Methods
• Client Profile/Target Market
• Qualified Appointment Definition

On completion of this appraisal, LSA will offer the following stream of the APS program:

Upon receipt of the information gathered from the LSA appraisal, we will have identified your target market, ability to handle x amount of appointments per week, criteria and consultants taking part in the program. LSA will than conduct a two week screening period before your first appointment is made. At completion, the consultant assigned to the program will allocated a set minimum number of appointments per week and will also be assigned an account manager from LSA. This account manager will handle all coordination and assigning of said consultants appointments. *A minimum number of appointments is set by LSA.
